I could definitely see such race in Skyrim. I imagine that Ibex racial bonus would include something like ability to climb literally everywhere, and maybe some jump bonus or something? Head bump? xD
(Why the low tier armor? Because it fuckin' looks good on the character)

Excellent character design! And quite intimidating too. I like the way it appears he is shifting his weight, like he's getting ready to swing that hammer.
